TECHNICAL INFORMATIONThe ^Drum Axle Retaining Ring^ or ^Handle Retaining Star Lock Washer^ keeps theOPC drum locked into place and from shifting laterally. Every time you removethe drum axle, the small white retaining ring on the contact end of the wastebin is damaged. For best results, we recommend replacing the retaining ring eachtime you remove the drum axle.
